Minnehaha Falls is located in Minnehaha creek, a tributary of the Mississippi river. It is often translated as the “Laughing water”, but in the picture it can be seen as ‘frowning water’. This is a winter picture of the falls and still it looks quite stunning in a stationary mode. The thick white masses of snow pouring from every corner are quite a remarkable view. The man standing there gives the waterfall an earthy look to an otherwise a heavenly one!
