Garden District is viewed as a neighborhood of the famous city of New Orleans. The area was founded in 1832 and developed until 1900, and is preserved as a National Historic Landmark. The district consists of around 2000 people, and that sustains its exclusivity. The entire district is a great site with plantations all around and can be a worthy example for other districts as a way of controlling global warming and encouraging plantation.
