The Monument Rocks also known as Chalk Pyramids are a series of large chalk formations located in Gove County, Kansas. These Rocks were formed 80 million years ago and is rich in fossils. These are up to 70 feet high wonders and some of the formations have beautiful arch formations and one can see the remaining rocks from that “keyhole”. It is an amazing spectacle of the rocks standing in the sand.
