Shoshone Falls, located near the city of Twin Falls along the Snake River is among the most spectacular natural beauties. Shoshone Falls is 212 feet high and 36 feet higher than the Niagara Falls. It also referred as ‘Niagara falls of the West’. It is an absolutely peaceful sight with sound of water hitting the rocks and the rainbow glancing over the rocks and sort of ‘mixing in water’. They are best viewed during spring and early summer, when water falls are high and visible rainbow!
