Balanced Rock in Twin Falls is to the south of city Buhl. It is a world famous rock standing 48 feet tall and weighing around 40 tons. The wind carved rock is balanced on a pedestal of 3 feet by just 17 inches. It is really an excellent place to visit and appreciate nature’s beauty. One can stand on the right side of the rock and can assume the rock to be balanced on ones’ shoulders. The adjacent rocks look too ordinary in comparison to the spectacular brilliance of the balanced rock standing proudly in the center.
